Recruitment and Selection
  • Drafting of KPIs, Job Descriptions/Profiles and Job Adverts

  • Setting up interviews for suitable candidates – Availing a HR professional to sit in on interviews with client if need be
  • Recommendations of preferred candidates as per the Job Description and Spec

Training and Development
  • Drafting of personnel development plans
  • Skills audits
  • Company registration for Skills Development with the Department of Labour and/or relevant SETA
  • Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR)
  • Registration and administration of Learnerships, Mandatory Grants and Bursaries with SETAs
  • Sourcing of accredited training providers and courses
Payroll
  • End to end support in terms of running payroll either weekly, fortnightly or monthly
  • Monthly reports to client electronically
  • Assisting employees open up bank accounts
  • Payment of salaries and/or wages directly to employees via EFT
  • Employee Benefits Administration







Industrial Relations
  • Consultation provided on all Employee Relations (ER) matters
  • Representation at CCMA and/or Bargaining Councils
  • Carrying out all administration that Industrial Relations Matters would entail
  • Drafting of all notifications for hearing/suspension/dismissal letters
  • Providing skilled and experienced Chairperson(s) for hearings
Performance Management
  • Drafting Performance Agreements
  • Sensitising Managers through training on managing the Performance Management Process
  • Consulting on poor performance issues and drafting a strategy regarding this in collaboration with the organisation
  • Sensitising employees through training on the Performance Management Process
General HR functions
  • Providing an HR Suite of templates to individuals / organizations that require the mandatory and basic HR administrative requirements
  • HR Audits and Needs Analysis
  • Registration of UIF, Workmen’s Compensation (WC) and Bargaining Council Levies (BCL)



Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE)
  • Drafting a Strategy to achieve the organisation’s targets
  • Interpretation of Elements that are taken into account when calculating ratings, Levels and Scores in the BBBEE codes
  • Facilitation of BBBEE certification
